We have been running successful recruitment campaigns for our clients since 2011. Prior to that, we were contracted to work with the DWP where we provided advice and guidance to unemployed professionals.
In the last year, we have worked on recruitment campaigns for a wide variety of clients and indeed a large range of roles. Recent examples are HR Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Legal Secretary, Space Planner, Manufacturing Manager and many administrative roles.
Whilst the majority of positions we fill are in the North West, we have also worked with clients in Glasgow, Birmingham and the Greater London area.
I believe the key to our success is personalised and careful work, strict selection techniques, value for money for the client and strong attention to detail. We do not “fire” CVs at clients in the hope that the right candidate is there somewhere. I always meet with a manager/owner when the project is set up to find out exactly what the requirement is.
